The Petit Bois Specialty Center has retail office space and apartments. When originally constructed, it was built under one address at 240 Eisenhower Drive. The City of Biloxi in recent years has assigned municipal numbers to all of the buildings. The entire Center is for sale and the other buildings with their addresses are identified in the photographs. The building at 240 Eisenhower Dr. is the only building listed on Eisenhower Dr. and is the retail building Shawn's Petit Bois Liquors. It is this one building that has been listed in the MLS document as there has to be one identified in the MLS and due to that fact this is the building left with the old address of 240 Eisenhower Dr. See the Realist Report for the property dimensions.
